We’re on the lookout for a Customer Engagement Coordinator (Data) to join the believe housing team on a 12-month fixed term basis.

Where and when you work is flexible depending on the demands of your role, our customers’ needs and your individual work preference (as agreed with your manager).

Our offices are based in Seaham and Bishop Auckland and although we work flexibly, it is envisaged that this role will require both an offsite and onsite presence as per business need when required.

about the role

The Customer Engagement Coordinator (Data) will play a key role in a programme of planned and ad-hoc customer satisfaction activity, ensuring that customer engagement is undertaken effectively and to an exceptionally high standard that meets negotiated deadlines and service need.

The successful candidate will:

• Have extensive knowledge of customer satisfaction monitoring techniques and an understanding of when different methods would be best used.
• Understand, and manipulate customer data to allow effective customer engagement and feedback collection.
• Gather, understand, and manipulate response data and carry out analysis of responses, taking into account information such customer profiles, and identifying themes and trends. Ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner to individuals or groups, both verbally and in writing.
• Be digital confident, and competent with the following:
• Microsoft Excel (Filtering, and creating formulas including sums, counts, lookups)
• Accessing data and setting up spreadsheets in SharePoint
• Interpreting data using dashboards
• Other MS Office applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Creating digital surveys and have experience with survey software, such as, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms for example.
