Lisette Nicholson

Lisette joined us in 2025 as our Executive Director of Culture, Technology and Transformation; a new role bringing together the teams that will support change and innovation at believe housing.

A chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Lisette has held a variety of roles, focusing on people, culture and change in both the private and public sectors. While Lisette’s most recent role was with Newcastle University, she has more than 20 years’ experience working in the housing sector.

Lisette is passionate about building positive and inclusive cultures that enable organisations to deliver sustainable benefits for their customers.

On joining believe housing, Lisette said: “believe housing already has a great culture, which is a fantastic starting point. This role brings together the key ingredients for any successful change – with teams that focus on people, process, systems, innovation and communication. I am excited to see what we can achieve, in addressing some of the challenges that the housing sector and believe housing currently faces.”
