Faye Gordon

Faye joined us in September 2015 and became our Executive Director of Investment, Growth and Performance in April 2023.

A qualified accountant with accounting technical expertise, she is passionate about social housing, having worked as a professional advisor to the sector since 2003 supporting housing associations with their statutory reporting requirements and governance arrangements.

Faye has worked with the National Housing Federation as secretariat to the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) Working Party and worked as part of the Land and Regeneration Team at Homes England.

She remains a member of the SORP Working Party which interprets accounting and regulatory requirements for the social housing sector.

Faye says: “I’ve been really proud to support believe housing in achieving its goals over the last few years. It’s been a privilege to work with our excellent people and be part of the Senior Leadership Team.

“I look forward to shaping and leading the next part of believe housing’s journey.”
