believe housing has a number of garages, garage sites and parking bays, available for our residents to rent across County Durham.
To rent a garage from believe housing, you must:
- Be over 18 years old.
- Provide proof of address and identification.
- Not have any rent arrears or owe us money for repair work.
If you wish to use the garage for anything other than storing a vehicle, you are required to put your request in writing.
Please note: We currently only have parking bays in the Durham area.
