With our customer portal you can:

If you are already using our customer app, you don’t need to register for our customer portal, just visit the sign in page and simply use the same details to login to our customer portal.

Registering for an account is quick and easy, our customer portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to suit your busy lifestyle.
If you are already using our customer app, you don’t need to register for our customer portal, just visit the sign in page and simply use the same details to login to our customer portal.
For customers who have not used our customer app before, you can visit our customer portal and simply tell us your email address, mobile number, your tenancy reference number and your date of birth.
Choose ‘submit’ and you will then receive an email with a verification code which you must use to complete your registration. Please note this code expires overnight.
Once you’ve entered your verification code, you’ll be taken to the customer portal homepage.
No, if you are already using our customer app, you can use your same login details to access our customer portal without having to register again.
Simply visit our customer portal to login
If you are unsure of your tenancy reference number, this can be found on your rent statements and other letters we’ve sent you.
If you don’t have access to your rent statements or letters, then we can let you know your tenancy reference number. We will need to ask you a few security questions first.
You can request your tenancy number online between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, just choose the Q&A chatbot icon at the bottom of this page and type ‘speak to someone’.
If you’re having problems logging into our customer portal, please try resetting your password.
You will be asked to enter your registered email address and date of birth. We will send you a temporary password to your email address and you can use this to login to your account.
If your email address isn’t recognised, it could be that you registered with a different email address. Please visit the login page and enter another email address.
