believe housing is an innovative multi-award-winning not-for-profit housing association with more than 18,000 homes across County Durham and beyond.
We aim to deliver life without barriers through innovative support for customers new and old, extensive community funding programmes, plus huge investment in building new homes and upgrading existing ones.
We created Customer Voices to help ensure that the voice of customers is represented in our decision making.
Made up mostly of customers, the Customer Voices meets four times a year to help us deliver our objectives and keep customers at the heart of everything we do.
As well as getting together for scheduled meetings, members attend working groups to progress scrutiny tasks, as requested by our Performance and Standards Committee. Customer Voices is also consulted about specific projects.
This helps us achieve our core values ‘to do the right thing for our people, our customers and our business’.
Would you like to be part of believe housing’s future?
If you share our values and feel you have something to offer Customer Voices, please consider applying for a role.
For more information about Customer Voices you can watch our short video here.
To read the full role profile and get details on how to apply, see the recruitment pack here.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 26 June 2022.
