Check the fuse board. You can normally find this in a cupboard close to the front door or under the stairs.
All the switches should be in the upright position. If you find that one of your switches is tripped, switch it back up to the on position.
If you have a key meter, make sure that that you have credit on it.
Check if there is a power cut in your area. You can check with neighbours, call 105 or visit http://www.powercut105.com.
