Our offices are based in Seaham and Bishop Auckland and although we work flexibly, it is envisaged that this role will require both an offsite and onsite presence as per business need when required.
about the role
The Housing Assistant will provide comprehensive administration support to teams within the Housing Operations Directorate working within Neighbourhoods, Estates, Lettings, Safer Neighbourhoods or Tenancy Sustainment.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide information, general advice and support to customers and your team in relation to all aspects of the Housing Operations Directorate.
- Input data and maintain accurate records as required.
- Develop good working relationships with customers, other departments of believe housing and its partners to enhance service delivery.
- Collect performance data and assist in the production of performance and information reports.
