believe housing has been awarded the 3 Star ‘world class to work for’ accreditation by workplace engagement organisation Best Companies.
Since 2001, Best Companies has been working with some of the world’s best known organisations to help them measure, improve and recognise workplace engagement and culture.
The accreditation was awarded following an anonymous survey that asked believe housing colleagues for their views on what the organisation does well and where it could improve.
By achieving the 3 Star accreditation, believe housing has shown world class levels in workplace engagement and that it values its people.
