Louise Taylor

Louise’s housing career began in 2003, with roles in local authority, arms length housing organisations (ALMO), and now at a housing association.

Her experience spans many disciplines including frontline housing and engagement roles, before she went on to lead policy, strategy and governance teams. Her focus has always been on the customer and putting them at the forefront of decision making.

She has also previously experience as an ALMO Board member and is currently part of the Chartered Institute of Housing’s (CIH) North East Regional Group. Louise also participated in CIH Futures and is passionate about supporting colleagues to progress in the sector.
